The Downtown Business Collection Area (DBCA) curbside program is collected weekly for both garbage and recycling. All garbage must be tagged either with the DBCA tags provided by the District or with regular green garbage bag tags. (A maximum of 10 tagged garbage bags will be collected per property.)
Recycling does not need to be tagged.

Please fill out this form if you haven't received your District provided bag tags. Please note, if your MPAC mailing address is incorrect, you will not have received your tags. For future communications, ensure your MPAC mailing address is up to date.
