Personal information is being collected pursuant to Section 28 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used for the purpose of garnering public input into the Bin Site Transition Project and to respond to inquiries regarding this process. Comments and input provided may form part of the project documentation and therefore be subject to disclosure pursuant to MFIPPA or other applicable legislation.
