This form is used to apply for one (1) complimentary trip to Rosewarne Landfill for the disposal of items that were damaged or compromised as a result of the 2026 Flood.
This does not apply to contractors disposing of materials on behalf of a residential property.
Please take a moment to locate your property roll number (can be found on your tax bill) before beginning. Staff will review your application and if approved, you will be required to come to The District Office, located at 70 Pine St, Bracebridge, to sign for and pickup your flood waste voucher. Additional Friday pick-up options at the landfill may take place, based on demand.
Please note that this program is valid until May 25, 2026 or until waived fee limits have been reached.
Please note that this voucher cannot be used for electronic waste or metal items. These materials can still be disposed of through their respective programs at any transfer station that accepts these waste streams.
If you have flood-affected refrigeration or Freon-containing units, please complete the 2026 Flood Relief – Freon Units application to receive a separate voucher to help offset the cost of disposal for these items.
